System Analyst (UAT, Validation, Agile)

Our client is looking for a versatile System Analyst who can comfortably operate across business analysis, validation, and quality assurance. This role is best suited for someone who thrives in Agile/Scrum environments and enjoys working hands-on with SQL, system testing, and user acceptance support. The successful candidate will bring flexibility to handle a variety of analyst responsibilities while keeping focus on delivering high-quality, data-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, clarify, and document requirements for system enhancements and new projects.

• Act as the bridge between business users and developers, ensuring technical solutions align with organizational needs.

• Write and execute SQL queries to validate, troubleshoot, and analyze data.

• Support UAT, validation, and system testing, collaborating closely with QA and development teams.

• Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, demos).

• Maintain clear and accurate functional specifications, process flows, and system documentation.

• Contribute to ongoing process improvements to enhance system usability, efficiency, and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• 3+ years of experience as a System Analyst or Business Analyst with proven hands-on SQL skills.

• Strong background in system validation, testing, and UAT support.

• Demonstrated success working in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
