Description:
Walker Elliott is working with a growing E&P company in Houston is looking for a Reservoir Engineering Analyst to support reserve evaluations, forecasting, and economic analysis for exploration, development, and acquisition opportunities. This high-impact role reports directly to the COO and offers broad exposure across technical, operational, and financial functions.
Responsibilities:
- Support A&D efforts through data management, reserves evaluation, and economic modeling
- Maintain corporate reporting, including production tracking and AFE creation/tracking
- Administer technical software and databases (ARIES, ComboCurve)
- Assist with production forecasts, budgets, and asset valuations
- Support regulatory compliance and reporting
- Perform reservoir analysis (DCA, volumetrics) and use public data for evaluations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree - required
- Upstream oil & gas experience - required
- Proficiency in ARIES (ComboCurve a plus) -- required
- Strong skills in Excel, Power BI, and data systems
- Familiarity with production operations and accounting
