Senior Associate (onsite)
Walker Elliott is recruiting for a highly skilled Sr. Associate to join a dynamic and growing team in Denver. This role will play a pivotal part in supporting strategic financial planning, analysis and reporting for a PE backed oil and gas company. The Senior Associate will provide detailed financial insights and work closely with senior leadership, offering direct exposure and high visibility with C-suite executive as well as oversee Analysts. This will be a full time position in Denver, CO, onsite. They will offer relocation assistance.
Responsibilities:
- Create and conduct detailed financial modeling and variance analysis
- Support due diligence, M&A activities and capital allocation strategies
- Develop and improve financial models to optimize performance metrics
- Analyze new investment opportunities
Requirements:
- BS in Finance or related degree
- 3+ years of energy investment banking (upstream oil and gas sector is required)
- Strong financial modeling skills
- Strong Excel skills
- Strong organization and presentation skills
