Job Detail: Director of Finance

Description:

Walker Elliott is working with a growing E&P group in Dallas with a diverse portfolio in top-tier onshore plays. They are looking for a Director of Finance. This person will be shaping the future of the organization through strategic financial planning, performance analysis, and delivering key insights to drive success.

Responsibilities:

• Update and maintain the company corporate model

• Drive company results vs what is forecasted

• Assist in the building of dashboard with key metrics to drive performance

• Create budgets and conduct variance analysis

• Report directly to CFO

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in similar role

• Upstream E&P experience

• BS in Finance or related field of study

• Strong financial modeling experience

• FP&A experience
