Description:
We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer to join our client's team at a well-established and rapidly growing manufacturing company based in Houston, Texas. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on developing a cutting-edge e-commerce platform using the latest technologies. You will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing web applications from end to end, focusing on scalability, performance, and security.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications using .NET Core, C#, MVC, and SQL Server.
- Collaborate closely with the front-end team to create seamless user interfaces using React, ensuring an intuitive and engaging user experience.
- Implement server-side logic with Node.js to develop efficient and scalable backend systems.
- Ensure data integrity and performance through MS SQL Server, handling complex queries and database optimizations.
- Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from planning to deployment, ensuring high-quality code through testing and code reviews.
- Support the transition of SharePoint projects, collaborating with stakeholders to migrate or update existing systems.
- Work closely with project managers, designers, and other developers to ensure projects meet functional and non-functional requirements.
- Proactively identify bottlenecks, bugs, and potential improvements to existing systems.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and advancements in technology, contributing to continuous improvement within the development team.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in full stack web development, with a strong foundation in .NET Core, C#, MVC, and SQL Server.
- Solid hands-on experience with React and Node.js to build responsive and efficient web applications.
- Proven experience working with MS SQL Server, with a deep understanding of database design, performance optimization, and query execution.
- Familiarity with SharePoint support and transition projects is highly advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Job Type:
- Full-time, onsite role, requiring 5 days a week at the Houston office. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with ample growth potential.
