Job Detail: Land Technician

This group is expanding and looking to add a Land to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in land-related inquiries and provide support in preparing periodic reports on payments, acreage, and other essential land data.

• Monitor leases and contracts to ensure they comply with both internal policies and regulatory requirements.

• Manage and organize critical land documentation, ensuring data accuracy and proper filing.

• Help resolve title issues and support asset transactions by preparing and analyzing Division Orders and Transfer Orders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree, ideally in Energy Management or a related field.

• At least 1 year of experience in the oil and gas industry as a land analyst, lease analyst, or in a similar capacity.

• Strong understanding of land leasing processes, regulations, and industry standards, with New Mexico experience being a plus.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with strong organizational and analytical abilities.
