Responsibilities:

• Review and process division orders from operators and purchasers, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

• Analyze title opinions and various land agreements to verify ownership interests and update records accordingly.

• Calculate and confirm intricate divisions of interest, resolving any discrepancies with precision.

• Collaborate with the Land and Accounting teams to maintain accurate records and ensure timely, correct royalty payments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in division order analysis within the oil and gas industry.

• Strong knowledge of mineral and royalty interests, land title processes, and oil & gas accounting principles.

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with land management software (e.g., BOLO).
