Description:
We are supporting dynamic private equity exploration and production (E&P) company based in Dallas, TX. They are experiencing rapid growth and seek a dedicated Land Tech to support their small but vital land team. Join them to be a part of an innovative team driving their expansion and success in the E&P sector.
Position Overview:
The Land Tech will play a crucial role in supporting their land team with various administrative and technical tasks. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Land Records Management: Maintain and organize land records, including leases, contracts, and ownership documents. Ensure all records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Data Entry and Analysis: Enter and update land-related data into company systems. Assist with data analysis and reporting to support land acquisition and management efforts.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the land team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and coordinating with other departments as needed.
Requirements:
- 4 years of Land support experience
- Worked with an operator or non-op group land administration
- Excellent organization skills
- Outgoing personality to collaborate with team members for success
