Job Detail: Sr. Division Order Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Create, maintain, and ensure the accuracy of record title ownership division of interest for billing and revenue in their Land System

• Ensure timely payment of royalties in compliance with state statutes.

• Analyze a variety of legal documents such as title opinions, land contracts, operating agreements, and oil and gas leases to determine ownership and lease burden relationships for production proceeds.

• Collaborate with the Land team to clear and cure title, maintaining correct divisions of interest as payouts and recompletions occur.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or college degree

• Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Division Order Analyst

• Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Detail-oriented mindset and the ability to maintain accuracy despite interruptions.
