Responsibilities:

• Lead the full lifecycle of project management, including planning, execution, and review, to support the development and optimization of midstream and upstream facilities like SWDs, gas plants, and central processing units.
• Ensure technical compliance with industry and governmental standards, managing technical project scopes and championing ESG-focused technological advancements.
• Collaborate effectively with various teams (Marketing, Operations, Legal, etc.) and external stakeholders (contractors, government agencies) for seamless project integration and compliance.
• Oversee day-to-day operational troubleshooting, and contribute to safety leadership, including developing SOPs, participating in risk assessments, and managing incident investigations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, coupled with at least 7 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry, preferably in Upstream and/or Midstream Facilities.
• Exceptional interpersonal and analytical skills, capable of working effectively with both internal and external contacts.
• Agility and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting to the evolving needs of a growing company.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and PipeSIM, strong economic skills, and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
