Description:

• Act as the principal point of contact between the company and the client, fostering a robust relationship.
• Serve as an internal coordinator among various departments including Management, Sales, Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing, ensuring seamless project execution.
• Develop and implement project schedules and staffing plans in collaboration with project leads, tailored to the unique demands of subsea and offshore operations.
• Oversee the project lifecycle, from planning to execution, regularly reviewing project plans to track progress and adherence to goals.
• Manage the submission of documents, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and industry standards specific to subsea and offshore equipment.
• Propose and process variation orders, adapting to the dynamic requirements of offshore projects.
• Vigilantly monitor project milestones, liaise with the accounting department at critical junctures, and validate financial documents.
• Conduct regular meetings with client representatives to discuss project trajectory, establish priorities, and align on objectives.
• Collaborate with project teams to set clear goals and priorities that resonate with the strategic vision of subsea and offshore projects.
• Facilitate design review sessions with clients and engineering teams, focusing on the specialized needs of subsea and offshore equipment.
• Maintain and update project schedules, delivering comprehensive progress reports that reflect the unique aspects of the subsea and offshore industry.

• Supervise engineering activities, ensuring they align with subsea and offshore project specifications.
• Oversee purchasing processes, guaranteeing the procurement of materials suitable for subsea and offshore environments.
• Monitor manufacturing workflows, ensuring the production of high-quality subsea and offshore equipment.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as delegated by the supervisor, contributing to the company’s overarching goals.

• A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, coupled with a minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering or a related role within a manufacturing setting, specifically dealing with subsea or offshore equipment; or a minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience in the absence of a degree.
• A minimum of five (3) years of project management experience, with a preference for candidates who have worked with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) in the subsea or offshore sector.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and effectively.
• An organized professional capable of juggling multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in computer applications and software pertinent to project management, including Project Scheduling, Word Processing, and Spreadsheets, with a focus on applications used in subsea and offshore project contexts.
