Job Detail: Division Order Analyst

Description:

Walker Elliott is currently on recruiting assignment for Division Order Analyst in the Houston area with experience working Texas and/or NM. This position will be with public oil and gas company that is experiencing growth in their land department. The company has very good reputation and generous compensation package with excellent benefits.

Requirements:

• Responsible for the creation, maintenance, and accuracy of record title ownership division of interest

• Handle interest transfers which includes obtaining documents, setting up owners, adding new decks, issuing division orders, derivative for suspense and mass transfers

• Resolve title defects

• Handle administrative support, file research and data input assistance as needed

Requirements:

• 2+ years of recent DOA experience

• Must have oil & gas experience

• Experience in working upstream oil and gas land software

• Texas background

• Detail oriented and positive attitude/energy
