Job Detail: A&D Landman

Description:

Walker Elliott has teamed up with a successful and explosively growing group in Dallas. They are seeking an A&D Landman to partner with the leadership team to concentrate on acquiring various assets related to the upstream industry such as minerals/royalties, operated and non-operated assets.

Responsibilities:

• Negotiate transactions and trades with companies/individuals

• Identify and contact asset owners directly to make acquisitions

• In-house due diligence

• Analyze leases, deeds, contract, and other ownership details

• Manage deal flow

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience

• BS from a reputable Land/Business program

• Previous A&D experience

• Excellent title review experience
