Job Detail: Engineering Analyst

Description:

Our client is a private investment firm that  is focused on Upstream Oil and Gas assets as well as the technologies that drive and improve production. They are a long term player with significant capital in the worlds Energy Sector. Walker Elliott has been engaged to assist in adding an experienced Engineering Analyst to their team.

In this role, you will be involved in all areas of: database management, production monitoring, asset management, reserves reporting and more.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• 5 + years in Engineering Analyst role

• High proficiency in Aries Required

• Oil and Gas Upstream experience

• Degree in Math, Science, or Engineering

Additional Skills helpful include:

• SQL

• Spotfire

• Combo Curve

• Excel-Macros and Functions

Primary Responsibilities include:

• Managing Reserves databases using Aries and Combo Curve.

• Conducting Basin Studies.

• Analyze Reserve Data

• Utilizing Mapping Software

• Supporting the development of new tools.
