Description:
Senior Production Engineer (hybrid)
Walker Elliott is working with an upstream oil and gas company in Midland, TX looking to hire a Senior Production Engineer. Company has premier assets in the Permian and very active drilling program. The position will report to Production Manager. They will offer very good STI and LTI, top benefits and hybrid work schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Optimization and management of current production
- Manage production, LOE agreements, and AFEs
- Maximize daily production through artificial lifts (ESPs, rod and gas)
- Facilities
Requirements:
- BS in Petroleum Engineering
- 5+ years of E&P Production/Operations Engineering experience
- Strong artificial lift experience in ESPs specifically
- Good understanding of relevant industry software tools
- Permian experience
- Clear and effective communication skills
