Description:
Walker Elliott is working on an outstanding career role for a Quality Analyst - ETL.
This Production Support team has a focus on Extract, Transform and Load (ETL) of data for critical files. Use your SQL scripting and query skills for manipulation of inbound data into internal database file formats. Create the data in the correct format, Set up the data in their database test systems then test the files. Translate the data they need for their business then Load back to the database.
This role follows a Hybrid schedule after a period of training. Expect 3 days in office and 2 days work from home.
Responsibilities will include:
- Interact with internal team and business units to gather requirements as necessary
- Perform quality reviews on data for data integrity
- Program ETL using various ETL tools - like SSIS
- Create SQL Queries
Requirements:
- Must have 1+ years of SQL experience - writing/modifying SQL Queries
- ETL and Data Mapping experience
- Any experience with programming languages like .net, Cobol or Java is a plus
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Any other scripting languages and experience a plus
- Must have excellent communication skills and be a 'self-starter'
