Job Detail: Financial Reporting Supervisor

Description:

Walker Elliott is supporting a growing midsize E&P group seeking a Financial Reporting Supervisor.  This company offers a hybrid WFH schedule.  This role will handle internal and external reporting and have direct reports.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial statements

• Review notes for 10-Q and 10-K filings

• Quality check for SOX controls

• Stay current with SEC and GAAP guidelines

• Present filings to appropriate management team

Requirements:

• CPA is a Must

• 5+ years of experience

• Experience with financial reporting and SEC filing

• Experience with external audits

• Proven accounting experience in this area of work from a public accounting firm or working at at an oil & gas company
