Description:
Senior Division Order Analyst (onsite)
Walker Elliott is currently on recruiting assignment for a Senior Division Order Analyst in the Houston area with experience working Texas leases. This position will be with PE backed upstream oil and gas company. The role will report directly to VP land and oversee entire DOA process, cradle to grave (lead their DOA efforts). This is new role for the company.
Requirements:
- Responsible for the creation, maintenance, and accuracy of record title ownership division of interest
- Handle interest transfers which include obtaining documents, setting up owners, adding new decks, issuing division orders, derivative for suspense and mass transfers
- Resolve title defects
- Handle administrative support, file research and data input assistance as needed
Requirements:
- 3+ years of recent DOA experience
- Must have oil & gas experience
- Experience in working land software
- Texas background
- Detail oriented and positive attitude/energy
