Description:
Walker Elliott has partnered with an award-winning MSP that is looking for a Procurement Analyst to help with inventory, licenses and warranties.
The right person will work with vendors, customers and must have strong attention to detail. In addition to detail oriented, the right person should be outgoing, have excellent communication skills and thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Be a people person, able to build and maintain a professional relationship with vendors.
- Maintain license and warranty renewals.
- Maintain inventory.
- Working with all parties to quote hardware and software prices.
- Research and be a student of the prices to insure best pricing and availability.
- Order equipment, follow order and insure arrival, invoicing.
- Track activities in software.
- Workstation maintenance
- Server and workstation staging/builds, server room upgrades, resolve trouble tickets if necessary
- Follow up template for site maintenance
Requirements:
- Technical knowledge
- Microsoft Excel
- Inventory, license, warranty experience
- College degree and certifications are a plus
This position also requires a skills evaluation, background check, and drug screen.
