Description:
Facilities Engineer (onsite)
Walker Elliott oil and gas team is working with a successful PE backed oil and gas company in Houston, TX looking to hire Facilities Engineer. The position will report to Engineering Manager, who reports directly to executives. They have been growing organically. The position is mix of facilities with process engineering. The role is full time, onsite, with strong base, bonus and profit sharing. Company has around 800 operating wells.
Responsibilities:
- Business planning and budgeting
- Optimizing large facilities
- Performing hydraulic modeling using PIPESIM
- Perform cost estimates
- Piping design and process control
Requirements
- 4-year Degree
- 3+ yrs. recent facilities and/or processing exp
- Oil and gas focused
- Modeling in PIPESIM
- Read piping and instrument diagrams
