Description:
Walker Elliott is working with a dynamically growing SaaS operations tools company, who is looking for Senior level C++ Software Engineer. This SE will design, implement and maintain their newest product. You will bring your senior knowledge to this tool. If you love programming, working with compilers and language standards. They are building the best backup product on the market for speed and accuracy. Role is remote from TX, FL, GA, NC, OR CA Only.
Responsibilities:
- Design and code new software IT operations products.
- Maintain and enhance existing applications.
- Program as needed on existing versions.
- Analyze product for high satisfaction.
Requirements:
- More than 10 years of C++ software engineering experience, including server side C++.
- Deep experience working with low-level APIs on a variety of OS.
- Experience with SQL, Postgres, or similar.
- Experience with bare metal restores.
- Experience creating bootable media from Windows or Linux.
- Experience working with performance critical code. Experience with GRPC.
- Experience with AWS or similar cloud services.
