Walker Elliott has partnered with our client to locate a Production Data Analyst to review, troubleshoot, and report on the manufacturing data and analyze the data.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Pulls data for Daily/Weekly/Monthly OEE reports provided to management in a timely manner. Verification and validation of data being correct.
  • Ongoing analytical review of downtime to evaluate and assist with resource allocation, prioritization of action plans, and problem solving.
  • Provide data/analysis to bottling department as required to support WO prioritization and backlog.
  • Work with Finance department to identify key drivers of wet/dry scrap.  Analyze and utilize that information to work with supervisors/line leads/operators to develop and complete action items to improve results.
  • Ensure Bottling Work Instructions are in the most current forms.
  • Support Bottling Supervisors in ensuring employees have access to most current training documents.
  • Support bottling leadership to schedule/complete required training per integrated management system schedule.
  • Ensure payroll is completed accurately and timely; Assist supervisors in managing PTO process. Serves as support in kronos as needed.
  • Auditing and assist with issues regarding production, labor hours reconciliation, and downtime reported for accuracy.
  • Assist Supervisors in the reconciliation of dry supplies.
  • Provides guidance to Operators on resolving E1 issues such as creating & printing pallet tags.
  • Maintain physical and electronic copies of Bottling documentation for use when required.
  • Lead month end activities for bottling department.
  • Cycle count dry goods and finished goods as needed.
  • Assist in researching needed improvements or changes made in E1.
  • Assist Bottling Supervisors and management as needed to provide data through existing reports, or the development and creation of new reports, spreadsheets, databases, etc.

  • PMP's - SMART
  • Support XO department champions and goals ( KCC, SIMs boards, DTP).
  • Follow all GMP practices.
  • Proactively identify potential product safety issues.
REQUIREMENTS
  • BS or BA degree in technical field or data analytics or data science is preferred.
  • 2+ years of production plant analysis
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Reports to the Plant Bottling Manager
  • Able to write reports and make presentations
