Sr. Service Desk Analyst

Minimum requirements include:

- Outstanding communication skills-this is a client interfacing role. Must have superior written and verbal communication skills.
- Degree or equivalent preferred
- Must have experience working in a Managed Services IT provider organization (MSP) and understand supporting multiple clients
Technical skills required:
-
- Windows Server
- Active Directory (AD)
- Networking protocols such as DHCP, DNS and others
- VMWare, HyperV or other
- Cloud-Office 365, Azure, AWS or other cloud type hosting
Pluses will include - knowledge of Oil and Gas, experience with SQL Administration
This position will be involved in all aspects of a growing, fast-paced service desk which will include:

- Managing vendor and customer relationships
- Hardware and software deployments
- Ongoing systems and server support
- Applications support
- Desktop and infrastructure support
